1)    Status of the company:

Landtech Properties Ltd. is a renowned Real Estate Developer Company in Bangladesh, which was incorporated in Bangladesh on last April 17, 2010 as a Private Limited Company, under companies Act 1994 and Registered with the Joint Stock Companies and Farms, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Its Corporate Office is situated at House No. 13, Road No. 27, Banani, Dhaka-1213. The Paid-up-Capital of the Company is now Tk. 130.00 (One Crore Thirty Lac) only.

2)    Main objectives: 

  • The company intends to construct and develop high quality of Residential and Commercial Building through out the country. In future, company will expand its business to wards Rural areas and cover up to Upazilla Level by providing low cost housing facility to the middle class people. Company’s main policy is to provide quality products. Company never compromise with the quality of the construction materials. We always maintain the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and give emphasis on structural design, which will protect the earth quake and strengthen the construction works of the Building. Our consultants/designers always consider the wind load and earth quake load at the time of structural designing.

  • The works of our on-going projects are going on smoothly by our highly professionally qualified and efficient managerial personnel on different stages. 

3) Expected date Handover of the on-going project:

We are expecting to hand over our 1st project at Middle Badda on December, 2012, 2nd and the project at Kallyanpur is expected to complete on December, 2013 and 3rd project at Feni is expected to completed on August, 1014. And 4th Project at Goran is expected to complete on September 2014.
