ENGINEERING FEATURES 

A group of reputed professionals like Architect, Structural, Electrical & Plumbing engineers have designed an exclusive apartment building with the help of latest computer software such as STAAD.pro/ETABS, Auto-Cad etc.

All the parameter related to the Structural design is based on Bangladesh National Building code, 

1993 (BNBC/93).

Structural design performed to withstand earthquakes & wind load as per Bangladesh National Building code, 1993 (BNBC/93).

Water Reservoir design also fulfill all the requirement of (BNBC/93).

All main structure of building will be constructed by stone chips, best quality cement, 60 grade steel,

All structural materials will be used as per ASTM/BS Code.

LIFT   

At lest six (6) passengers VVV drive (stainless steel door, frame & cable) left will be provide from international reputed manufacturer.

Lift will furnished with adequate lighting, wall-finished doors and cable, emergency alarm and intercom line.
