All electrical cables will be either BRB/ Paradise / Singer / Khaja to be collected directly from parent company.
All sewerage & waste water line will be “4” dia UPVC pipe with foreign fittings (Brand National Polymer) Anower / RFL to be collected directly from parent company.
All water supply line will be G.I. pipe & PPR combination.
All R.C.C casting ratio will be strictly followed as per recommendation of structural Engineer, all brick work & ceiling plaster ratio will be 1:4 and wall plaster ratio will be 1:5.
