WALL:

• Exterior & interior wall will be 10" / 5" thickness brick wall with 1st class bricks.
• All walls & partitions will be plastered.

• Main door: Main door shutter & frame will be made of Teak by LREL own mason or Purchase from best quality branded door like Hatil, Akhter furniture etc.
• Best Quality handle lock will be provided at main door.
• Bed Room & Kitchen: Frame will be made of Teak chamble wood.
• Shutter will be made of partex veneered flash door.
• Mortise lock will be provided in Bed room.

Toilet:

• All Toilet doors will be local best quality UPVC door.

TILES WORK:

• Wall: Toilet & Kitchen wall will be RAK or equivalent Ceramic Tiles.
• Floor: Toilet & Kitchen floor will be RAK or equivalent Homogeneous Tiles.
• Main floor: RAK or equivalent Homogeneous Tiles.

SANITARY WORK:

• Sanitary fittings will be Nazma/ Equivalent.
• Commode, Pan, Basin etc will be provided with RAK or Equivalent Brand.
• Concealed Water line for Bath room, Kitchen and Dining.
• Hot & Cold line will be provided with Master and Child Toilet.

PAINTING WORK:

• Inner side of the wall will be plastic paint (Berger or equivalent).
• Outer side of the wall will be weather coat (Berger or equivalent).
• Grill of Window will be Enamel paint. 

KITCHEN FEATURES:

• Provision for Double Burner Gas point with tiled working top.
• Stainless Steel sinks with drain board and sink cock.
• Exhaust Fan will be provided in the Kitchen.
• Homogeneous Tiles for floor and wall tiles up to 7’-0" level.
• Washing area with tiles works. Adequate Electric plug points.

ELECTRICAL WORKS:

• All electrical lines will be concealed.
• Good quality MK type or equivalent switch, socket etc.
• Concealed two Dish &Telephone line, Intercom line.
• Provision for Air condition in Master Bed and Drawing room.
• Separate electrical meter for each apartment.
• Electric wire will be BRB cable or Equivalent brand.
• Electric distribution board with Circuit Breaker.

THAI WORK:

• All window is covered by best quality 3" Thai with 5mm tinted glass.
• Verandah door will be best quality 3" Thai works or equivalent.

OPTIONAL ITEMS MAY BE DONE ON PAYMENT:

• Wardrobes in all bedrooms as per choice of material and designed by the allottee.
• Kitchen cabinet as per choice of materials and design by the allottee.
• Bathtub for master toilet & child toilet.
• Floor and wall, tiles of bathroom and kitchen other than standard may be provided by the allottee on payment of extra cost in advance.

MAJOR STRUCTURAL MATERIALS / FEATURES:

1. Cement: Portland Composite Cement.
2. Reinforcement: 60/4Ograde deformed bar as per structural design.
3. Brick: 1st class Brick will be used for all internal & external walls as per architectural design and drawing.

• All R.C.C. work will be poured with picked/stone chips.
• R.C.C. framed structure designed as per BNBC and ACI code.
• Heavy reinforced cement concrete foundation on the basis of Soil test report. 
• Foundation and super structure design and construction supervision shall be done by a group of structural Engineers with wide range of professional experience.
• To ensure highest quality of workmanship in construction direct supervision is carried out and plan by a group of qualified Engineer.
• All kinds of construction materials are tasted from BUET.
