Structural Features and engineering features 

Structural design parameters based on American Concrete Institute (ACI) and American Standard of Testing Materials (ASTM) codes, as well as Bangladesh National codes (BNBC).

All materials Steel, Bricks, Stone Chips, Sylhet sand and other finishing materials etc. will be of highest standard and screened quality including laboratory testing at site and BUET lab.

Exterior Finish:

Exterior walls will be cladded with good quality reflective curtain glass and aluminum composite panel.

Floor Finish:

The floor at the lobby level and corridors will be finished with mirror polished homogeneous tiles in combination with granite and the toilets will be foreign ceramic tiles.

Fixture and Fittings:

The electrical and toilet fixture and fittings will be origin.

Stairs:

Two spacious stair cases provided of which one is for common use and other one for safe fire exit.

Elevator:

Two express elevators will be provided with required capacity which meets the functional area requirements.

Air Condition:

Provision for split type air-conditioning system. 

Emergency power supply:

The entire tower will be installed be installed with sophisticated fire fighting system, public address and evacuation system. 

Fire protection:

Modern security system with CCTV and other advanced component shall be provided in the lift lobby area.
